I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor based in the City of London and Bromley, Kent. 

Life can throw us all sorts of challenges, but you don’t need to face these alone. I am aware that it can be daunting to take the first step towards seeking help, but my hope is that you will experience me as warm and sincere.

I work integratively which means that I tailor my approach to work in a way which is best for you as an individual. I strive to create a strong counsellor/client relationship, which I believe is the key to successful therapy, and providing a space where you can talk through any concerns you may have with no judgement, helps you gain a greater understanding of yourself and how you relate to others. 

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a BACP approved Level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling and am also trained in the Gerald Egan model for crisis intervention work.

I have over 25 years experience in workplace crisis counselling intervention for a global airline, offering both telephone and face to face support.

Additionally, my experience extends to counselling in a secondary school setting and am currently providing bereavement support voluntarily for St Christophers Hospice.
